The Governor of Edo state, Godwin Obaseki has finally made his move to the People Democratic Party (PDP) some days after he resigned from All Progressive Congress (APC)
It should be recalled some days ago Obaseki announced his resignation after meeting with the President at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. This came after the governor was disqualified by the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) from recontesting in the governorship election. Days before his disqualification, there was confusion about the genuineness of Obaseki’s university certificate, until the University of Ibadan came out to confirm that he studied classics in the school and graduated in 1979 with a Second Class Honours, Lower Division.
Now he has formally move to PDP
